By registering with UncleMoe Uptime Web Server Monitoring Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Free Service
As a user of our free monitoring service, you agree not to register for more than one account and you agree to link to UncleMoe Uptime Web Server Monitoring Services from the site you are are monitoring. In addition, you agree to receive occasional service announcements via email.
All Services
By activating a service monitor, you agree that you own or have written authorization to use our service from the legal owner of the URL(s) or IP address(es) to be monitored by the UncleMoe Uptime Web Server Monitoring Services.
Our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
